Insurance Accepted

Our co-ed residential substance abuse and dual diagnosis program, day treatment program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) are in-network with:

We are also a participating provider in the First Health Network. Our women’s residential Borderline Personality Disorder program accepts out-of-network insurance only.

For all other insurance providers, we are out-of-network (PPO). Some of the PPO insurance companies we work with include Aetna, BSBC, and others. Our recovery specialists are experienced in working with PPO plans that have out-of-network benefits to get the maximum coverage allowed by your plan. Generally, however, there can be an upfront cost required as co-payment.

If you’d like to use your insurance to pay for our residential, PHP/day treatment, or intensive outpatient treatment programs in Los Angeles, we’ll need to verify your specific policy coverage. This will help us determine whether we can work with the policy, and can help you get a sense of whether you meet the insurance provider’s criteria.

We realize that the insurance maze can be impossible to navigate. At Clearview, we will do all the legwork to ensure as much coverage as we can. If your policy does not permit us to bill directly, we are happy to supply you with the necessary information to seek reimbursement for services.

We also accept all major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and wire transfer as payment, and have a dedicated billing department ready to assist you with any questions.

The costs of our treatment programs vary and depend on your length of stay. For more information on costs and to find out if your insurance can help to cover your treatment, contact our admissions team at (866) 439-6743 today.
