A: We are in-network treatment partner with Anthem Blue Cross and are often able to use other PPO insurance plans at our residential, day, and intensive outpatient treatment programs. Our insurance coordinator can verify your insurance benefits and assist you in assessing specific insurance coverage based on your policy. Once in treatment, our clinical team works with your insurance company to authorize additional time in treatment, as needed. Our insurance coordinator will assist you further by submitting needed claim forms on your behalf.
Q: What is the cost of treatment?
A: The cost of treatment varies depending on the program you enter and length of stay. Clearview offers multiple treatment options, allowing us to tailor a treatment plan that works with your financial needs. Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payment via several methods, including most major credit cards, wire transfers, and cashier’s checks. Financing from an eligible lender may also be accepted.
Q: What is your success rate?
A: Treatment success varies depending on your commitment and motivation for treatment, as well as the time you’re in treatment and your continuing care plan. We’ve found that the more time you spend in a treatment program, the greater your chance of success. Our complete continuum of care increases your chances at prolonged recovery by ensuring continued support and a smooth transition as you step down from residential to day to outpatient treatment, as needed. We also work with you before you leave treatment to put together a continuing care plan that will help you sustain your recovery.
Q: What should I bring to residential treatment?
A: When you enter residential treatment, you should bring any necessary bathroom toiletries. You should also bring enough clothes for one to two weeks, including comfortable clothing, workout/yoga clothes, tennis shoes, and both a heavy and light coat. You will have access to a washer and dryer onsite to wash your clothes. We provide towels, bedding, and pillows.
